To get started, simply go to app.mietwise.com and "Sign Up" for your free mietwise account. You will then be guided through our simple process;
- Verify your email, we need to be able to get in touch
- Complete your profile, we require some key information about you
- Add a property, the one you are renting
- Add a landlord, the person who you will be paying the rental deposit to
- Set-up a payment, by completing a SEPA Direct Debit mandate
- Submit payment, confirm your payment and initiate the deposit transfer
- Create a deposit, specify how much you should pay
- Invite your landlord, they will be notified that you paid the rental deposit
That's it, both parties will be notified when the payment has been made, and receive a deposit receipt. 🙌
